This park was established in 2009. You can find the park's sapling forest only several kilometres from Kėdainiai, after passing Pelėdnagiai village in the direction of Labūnava, on the left side of a hill. An oak was also planted here by the President of Lithuania Valdas Adamkus. A total of 50 thousand oaks will be planted in an area of 50 ha. The author of this project is Marius Jovaiša. Under his decision, an oak will be planted for each sold "Unseen Lithuania" photoalbum. The park will be shaped in the form of Vytis cross, and the memorial plaques will list all the people who planted the oaks. Each spring, oaks will be planted whose number will be the same as the number of sold books per year. Each year, 5–7 thousand new oaks are planted in the oak forest, and currently there are around 20 thousand of them. They are actively planted by individuals, families, institutions, organizations and student classes from all over Lithuania.
