\r\n\r\nHow to register with the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority:\r\n\r\nOn the VVTAT website https:\/\/vvtat.lrv.lt\/lt\/, under the heading \u2018Tourism services\u2019 \u2192 \u2018Provision of accommodation services\u2019, you will find all the relevant information.\r\n\r\nhttps:\/\/vvtat.lrv.lt\/lt\/veiklos-sritys-54\/vartojimo-paslaugos-78\/turizmo-paslaugos-125\/apgyvendinimo-paslaugu-teikimas-603\/\r\n\r\nGeneral information for unclassified accommodation service providers\r\n\r\nUnclassified accommodation services may be provided by an accommodation service provider included in the list of unclassified accommodation service providers in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 34 of the Tourism Act.\r\n\r\nA provider of unclassified accommodation services must submit to the Service a notification in the prescribed form regarding the provision of unclassified accommodation services (hereinafter referred to as the \u2018Notification\u2019). Notification form (legal entity, natural person)\r\n\r\nNo state fee is payable for the registration of providers of unclassified accommodation services.\r\n\r\nA signed and scanned Notification regarding the provision of accommodation services may be submitted to the Service:\r\n\r\nby email \u2013 or irena.leleiviene@vvtat.lt\r\n\r\nby post \u2013 to the Tourism Market Supervision Division of the State Consumer Rights Protection Service, A. Go\u0161tauto g. 12, 01108 Vilnius.\r\n\r\nin person \u2013 at A.
