The manor homestead, covering 6.3 hectares, was established in the years 1880–1890.
Although the old clay manor house (“Polociai”) has not survived, visitors can still see unique 19th-century heritage buildings. The former granary, rebuilt in 1928 for use as a school, stands out with its eclectic style combining Neo-Renaissance and Neoclassical details. Other preserved structures include an icehouse, smithy, and mill, while the remains of a windmill built in 1884 by master Karolis Sreiningkas add to the site’s charm.
Two alleys lead into the estate: one from the Kėdainiai–Panevėžys road and another from the village street. A picturesque birch alley, planted in the mid-20th century, guides visitors to the granary. Traces of the original manor-era alley and tree rows still mark the historic boundaries of the estate.
