Companies in the Kėdainiai district are invited to submit applications for the 2026 National Responsible Business Awards (NAVA). The competition aims to recognise and publicise companies’ initiatives in the areas of employee wellbeing, social responsibility, community engagement, environmental protection and transparent business practices.
Organised by the Ministry of Social Security and Labour, the National Responsible Business Awards have, since 2008, been promoting a culture of responsible business in Lithuania and providing companies with the opportunity to share their best practices at a national level.
Seven nominations for Lithuania’s most responsible companies
In 2026, applications may be submitted for the following categories:
- Workplace of the Year;
- Company of the Year for Community Spirit;
- The most environmentally friendly company;
- A workplace that fosters a sense of security and the most supportive emotional environment;
- A workplace that promotes diversity;
- A company that promotes transparency and the prevention of corruption;
- The most family-friendly workplace.
Companies from the regions are also invited to take part
The organisers emphasise that social responsibility is not the exclusive preserve of large companies. Small and medium-sized enterprises operating in Lithuania’s regions are also bringing about significant changes for their employees, customers and local communities.
Businesses in the Kėdainiai region are therefore invited to take an active part in the competition, showcase the initiatives they have implemented, and set a positive example for the whole country.
Deadline for applications
Entries for the 2026 National Responsible Business Awards are open until 15 November 2026.
