The national Scottish dish haggis is known around the world as one of the most popular delicacies in Scotland. It is a dish made from sheep intestines, barley and various spices. It is baked placed in a sheep stomach. The dish is served in a heated bowl together with potato and turnip puree and taken with whiskey. Radvila stew recipe came from Radvila kitchen. It was recommended by prof. dr. Rimvydas Laužikas, author of the book "Historical Lithuanian cuisine: food and drinks in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania".
