The manor of the great-grandparents of the Nobel Prize winner Česlovas Milošas is situated near Kėdainiai–Krekenava road, on the left bank of Nevėžis River, around 7 km from Kėdainiai. Sirutiškis Manor was called Panevėžis until the 18th century. In the beginning of the 18th century, the manor was bought by Simonas Sirutis who named the manor Sirutiškis. At the end of the 19th century, the manor became the property of Kamarovskiai family who built a modern manor house. They were surrounded by a mixed park of coniferous and deciduous trees. Now the park is managed, and the former manor house is being prepared for restoration.
